Surface preparation

A.1

Cleans the mortar plots on the concrete floor with a chisel.

Eliminate & clean all extraneous matter with concrete body

Clean the bitumen with a sharp, thin hammer.

Cross-breaking into concrete surfaces (cross-cutting and slightly sloping operations to reduce the impact force)

A.3

Grind the entire surface of the floor to remove all the cracks of concrete cure and impurities left by hand grinders with steel cable (steel brush)

- It may need to be sharpened 2-3 times in areas where the concrete floor is heavily contaminated or stained yellow

- No requirement and no smooth or flat surface treatment is required. Accept any rough surface.

Waterproofing treatment

B.1

Spray the Inconseal.31 waterproofing agent onto the entire concrete surface using a spray spout.

- Must predict the possibility of unpredictable weather for at least 3 hours while spraying Inconseal.31.

- Accept if there is light drizzle after spraying.

- Norm: 05 m2 / liter.

Water spray maintenance on the entire concrete surface has been treated with Inconseal

- Designated to perform water spraying on the day of spraying Inconseal.31 and the following day

- If drizzling or rain show, no water spray is required.

B.3

Dealing with the corner of the wall

- Install the Wam 101 hinges along the length of the wall, at a nominal ¼ m / m.

- Reinforced with Radmyx mortar (03 kg / m norm)

B.4

Pipe neck treatment

- Install Wam101 hinged bar, rated at 0.5 m / m.

- Reinforced with non-shrink repair mortar and crested concrete.

Spray moist water maintenance

- Continuous wet water spray for Radmyx Activation

C

Inspection.

After the water maintenance process, soak the water to check.
